Stuart Bell (Vice Chair)
Hello, I’m Stuart. I’ve been a RoSPA Tutor for many years now, mainly in Suffolk and East Anglia before retiring and moving here to North Wales. For me, tutoring is very rewarding, helping an everyday Rider become safer and more proficient, then gaining their RoSPA Advanced Rider qualification.
I really enjoy touring, particularly by motorbike with Pauline, my wife. I’m fascinated by the sheer variety of ‘places and faces’ around the world and the beauty of our planet. I’m also intrigued by the vast variety of products we as a nation still produce, and the ingenuity with which they are made, but I suppose that follows on from being an Engineer. I love learning and always aim for something new each day.
Sailing and things to do with the water are our other main interests. A good pint is never very far from reach, with East Anglian beer as some of my favourite, Trawler Boys being the best in the whole of Christendom.
Tastes in music are to say the least, eclectic. From Vivaldi to the Clash, and all stops in between.

Pete Pearcey (Secretary)
Hi, I’m Pete, a founder member of NWRoAR and up to my ears in all things IT, being Group Secretary and Group Membership Sec.
Having retired early from a life in educational publishing, IT Consultancy and teaching I fancied getting a bike licence. I didn’t want a bike, just the licence! However, after a day’s CBT training I was totally hooked and a few months later my ‘big bike’ journey began on the morning I passed my test in Farnborough and in the afternoon we moved to N Wales. That was a busy day in the torrential rain, just over 6 years ago!
Apart from being one of the Advanced Tutors for this group I’m also an Observer with both the North Wales Police BikeSafe team and local IAM group. In my ‘spare’ time being a rider for Blood Bike Wales occupies about one day a week. So, I cover between 10-15k miles a year on a GS, RT or FJR - but only the GS is mine ;-)

Lee Parsons (Social Media)
Hi, I'm Lee,
I passed my motorcycle license in 2011 at 21 and have never looked back since. I spend most of my time on or with two wheels; whether it's all year commuting, tutoring, riding for Blood Bikes Wales, touring Europe, track days, or restoring the old ones in the garage. My current steed is a 2008 Yamaha Fz1 Fazer. A little, long term project bike, is a Kawasaki KH250 triple.
I joined RoSPA as a Tutor in 2019. I've a passion for riding and want to make it as enjoyable and safe as I can for those I Tutor.
When not tutoring, or riding a blood bike, I'm a Full Time Crew Manager in the Fire Service.

Hi Everyone,
I am Paul and I first threw a leg over a bike in 1978 (Yamaha DT125). Over the years I have owned an eclectic range of bikes, (many of which I now regret selling, seeing the prices they now fetch!) and be it on road or off-road, rarely have I been without a set of two wheels. Currently, I’m enjoying a Triumph Trophy SE and a Ducati Multistrada. From the military to Oil/Gas and Gold mining, I have had a well- travelled working life and now run my own business here in North Wales.
I have recently become a Tutor and look forward to helping people achieve their motorcycling goals; additionally, I am a member of the local IAM group and an active rider for Blood Bikes Wales.
